• 3 Comprehensive Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Resource page provides access to a large quantity of informtion developed by EPRI related to shell and tube heat exchangers. The information in these reports has been compiled into a single Comprehensive Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Resource to enhance the availability and use of existing shell and tube heat exchanger related information by utility personnel. The Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Resource is segmented into topical and functional areas such as repair maintenance strategies, condition monitoring recommendations, troubleshooting, etc. This resource is also intended to quickly educate and familiarize new and existing personnel by providing high level synopses on each shell and tube heat exchanger type and component as well as figures and drawings. The resource page includes links to relevant EPRI reports for each topical area or component. The goal of the Comprehensive Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Resource is to allow the user to have easy access to a technical library of shell and tube heat exchanger information that can be used by the site engineer to potentially operate shell and tube heat exchangers more effectively.

Field troubleshooting of pump problems often occurs with time pressure and an urgency to locate the problem quickly and correctly. This resource presents the key valve and actuator products grouped by valve/actuator type and document type. Each tab contains documents related to a specific valve or actuator type.

  
• 12 Valve Wiki provides technical content and points to key resources pertaining to the most common industry valve-related topics. Specific valve topics are categorized so that the user can probe a variety of topics based on needs and interest. As an alternative, use the Knowledge Transfer page to break the topics down into beginner, intermediate, and advanced skillsets. The Knowledge Transfer page also categorizes the available wiki valve pages based on design, maintenance, testing, etc.

  
• 1 Cable Harvesting Guide is a guide for personnel removing cables from nuclear plants for subsequent analysis to ensure the proper selection, documentation, handling, packaging, and shipping of the cables. The removal is referred to as ‘harvesting’, and it allows the cables to be properly classified and analyzed, with the results considered in context of the cable design, materials, application, and service environment. This effort is being undertaken to provide a basis for determining the present condition and remaining life of the cables. Harvested cables will be forensically analyzed to provide insight into actual field-aging mechanisms and to determine their influence on long-term performance.

This resource is intended to serve as a more efficient road map for member personnel to access the existing EPRI information on motors that will enable them to better maintain, and troubleshoot problems with power plant motors. • 19 Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) Wiki page provides access to Condition-Based Maintenance related content in one easily accessible location for members. The wiki contains information for the following CBM/PdM related topics:- Lubrication – includes all historical EPRI Lube Notes- Vibration- Infrared- AcousticsCBM User Group (CBMUG) information and meeting materials, as well as links to relevant EPRI Guides and CBM Case History Stories are also accessible from this wiki page.

  
• 20 FLEX Collaboration Wiki provides access to FLEX/portable equipment related documents from one easily accessible location for members. This wiki is also the storage location for past Instant Benchmarking Requests (IBRs), industry best practice documents and any other content generated by the FLEX Industry Working Groups.

  
• 22 Troubleshooting Knowledge Database tool is intended to provide members with a starting point in the troubleshooting process, specifically in their fault table, support/refute matrix, or failure modes and effect analysis development.The database can be filtered by Component Type, Component Name and Failure Location, and further refined by searching for terms based on the indications presented during an equipment event (for example, high vibrations, leaks, high temperature, noise, etc.) in the Degradation Mechanism, Degradation Influence, and Discovery Methods fields.

The scope encompasses all forms of power generation such as nuclear, gas, and fossil. The term maintenance engineer is used to include component engineers, plant engineers, maintenance specialists, technical support engineers, and others that direct or influence maintenance activities at a facility.Content of this wiki includes a broad range of topics to act as an initial resource/training for people new to power plant engineering or a reference for more experienced personnel looking for information on maintenance related topics. Although the information on each topic is limited, links are provided throughout each section to more in-depth EPRI or Industry Guidance as applicable.

• 23 EPRI Procurement Information Center (EPIC) Wiki contains technical information and resources related to nuclear procurement and supply chain and associated research focus areas. It contains brief descriptions of procurement related activities as well as links to available EPRI guidance and training, industry surveys, and related presentations that have been given at past PeARTS/JUTG meetings.

• 26 Mobile Work Management Wiki - Streamlining and automating the implementation of the work management process and human performance tools have been proven to increase worker productivity and lower the costs to operate. Electronic work packages (eWPs) have become a primary innovation vehicle for integrating work activities with basic plant workflow process and information systems currently used in the work management process. eWPs have also eliminated several costly legacy activities that are associated with paper processes, further reducing costs.The EPRI NMAC recognizes the potential benefits that eWPs can provide and has promoted industry collaboration to drive this initiative since 2013. Many products and tools have since been released. This Wiki site was created to assist utilities with technical content needed to drive eWP success at the site.

  
• 27 Single Point Vulnerablity (SPV) Wiki is based on EPRI Report 3002029784, Single-Point Vulnerability Process Guide, Revision 2 and provides the detailed steps needed to develop and implement an SPV program. A comprehensive program, as described herein, will ensure that SPVs are identified and dispositioned appropriately to reduce the likelihood of an unplanned reactor scram. This SPV Wiki includes identification of active, passive, and conditional SPVs. This wiki also includes industry shared best practices and survey results between EPRI members.

  
• 29 The Plant Reliability and Resilience (PRR) Program Forum encompasses a diverse set of research activities related to the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control components and systems in use at nuclear power plants, along with the maintenance and engineering processes and programs that manage this equipment. This PRR Forum Application complements the new PRR website and allows for members to connect with industry and EPRI peers on technical topics. The forum is accessible to members only and uses the same EPRI.com login credentials via PING authentication. The forum is divided into disciple and includes all EPRI owned/ran user groups. This forum will also include other industry user groups who opt to use the application. Forum users will be able to post technical questions, benchmark peers, and subscribe to threads to follow discussions of interest. Content is managed by the EPRI technical staff.
